Set up Docker and Containerize an application
Select the correct tab for the application language
- Set Up Docker for Local Development (once per workstation)
- Add a Dockerfile
- Add an external database (optional)
- Add a WSGI file
- Update requirements.txt file
- Update settings.py
- Add ENV Variables
- Add compose.yml (optional and recommended)
- Test application locally
Onboard a GitHub organization to UT CMP (once per org)
You may skip this step if the GitHub org is already onboarded- Set up Active Directory Groups
- Sign up for the service
- Create a Guest EID
- Request Access to GitHub and Artifactory for your Guest EID
- Add the Guest EID to your GitHub org
- Confirm Guest EID Artifactory Access
- Create a Personal Access Token
- Add Required UT CMP deployment secrets to GitHub org
- Add a PIP_CONFIG secret (Python only)
- Enable Action Runners for your GitHub org
- Authorize the UT CMP Deployment App on GitHub org
Set up a GitHub repository and repository environments
Select the correct tab for the role
Prepare your application for UT CMP deployment
Deploy, route, and test your application
After a successful deployment
