Once these courses are completed, students’ supervisors can email a key request to Kevin Haynes or Shallaco MacDonald requesting McDonald requesting access for specific offices and labs. This email should NOT come directly from the student. Kevin or Shak will then give the student a key request card to take to the Service Building (SER), located on the north side of 24th Street between Speedway and San Jacinto. 

OH 102 - Hazard Communication (site-specific, instructor-led class) must be completed within 30 days of joining a laboratory, otherwise card access to the building will be deactivated.
