Switch Program of Work Attached to a Master's Graduation App
- Be sure that the profile you'd like to associate with the Master's Graduation Application is already associated with the student. (See "Setting a Student's Profile" above.)
- Once that's complete, either

- If you are a Graduate Coordinator, go to the Doctoral Candidacy and Master's Graduation Applications site and open the student's master's graduation app by clicking on their name, OR
- If you're a Graduate Adviser, the above may or may not work for you, dependent on where the POW is in the approval process (it will only appear if you are the current signer/approver). Visit the Graduate Coordinator Desktop, Grad School Progress, Course reqs tab. Select the degree profile that is attached to the Master's Graduation App and hit the "Choose Profile" button. The link to the Master's Graduation Application associated with that POW will should come up in the section just below the selection pulldown. (If no link appears, this is not the POW associated with the application.) Click that link.
- At the bottom of the application view, there's a section for "Program of Work". You should see a "switch profile" button that will open a window and let you change the program of work.
If you return to the EASI course reqs tab from an update, be sure to refresh the page to see the new degree plan-to-master's graduation application information.
