Open a web browser such as Firefox, Safari, or Internet Explorer on a PC.

Type in the address 'vimeo.com'

Type in the account name & password.

Select 'Upload a Video'

Once logged in click on Videos

Select 'Upload'

Select 'Choose file to Upload.'

Navigate to the output of your video.
If the output is from a PC H.264 converter, it can be found under Library > Videos.  Select the Windows menu in the lower left hand corner, and select your user name.  On the Left hand side of the window, look for 'Libraries > Videos.'
If your output was from Compressor, your video is where you assigned it. .h264 video



Select the video and click 'Open'.

Vimeo will display the progress of the video upload.

While the video is uploading, click on it and fill out some General Information

fill out the Title, Description, and Tags

information 

Change the Thumbnail image

Change the security settings if you'd like

Select 'Save changes'

Select 'Go to video'

Once the video is uploaded you can choose to 

Copy the link video link to send out to folks you'd like to share the video with.

You will see this page and you'll have to wait till this video is uploaded.

Email will be sent when video is finished.

If you have a pro account you will not have to wait.
