A Program of Work is is a list of courses required to complete a particular your degree. Before Orientation, EDP students are provided with a cohort-specific Program of Work document to use for course tracking and advising. When you start your program in EDP, you are given access to a digital folder in UT Box (UT's online filing file sharing system) to house . This folder houses your Program of Work document. This folder will also house any approved course waivers or , approved Course Waivers, and any other documents related to your coursework. Important Info about . You will use this Program of Work to track your courses and progress. If you have trouble viewing or updating your Program of Work:, contact the EDP Graduate Coordinator.
- It is your responsibility to keep your Program of Work document updated. Make Be sure to update it each semester prior to advising. If you are not sure what you have taken, you can look up your courses via your Grade Report online. before course advising.
- Refer only to your specific Program of Work in UT Box, unless otherwise directed by your program Area Chair. Programs of Work often differ between cohort years.
- Do not keep multiple copies or versions of your Program of Work.
- Program of Work changes: occasionally, courses change due to changes in faculty, accreditation requirements, etc. If a course Programs of Work may vary between cohort years. Refer only to your specific Program of Work. During advising, your program Area Chair may make course substitution recommendations if a course required on your Program of Work is no longer offered.available, your Area Chair will recommend an appropriate substitution during advising.
- If any of your approved Course Waiver forms are missing from your Program of Work folder in UT BoxMake sure that all approved course waiver forms have been uploaded to your UT Box Program of Work folder. If any are missing, contact the EDP Graduate Coordinator.
