The Outlook app will not sync Contacts. It was always suggested that contacts not be synced when setting up Mail on iOS because of the problems it can create. However if you were or must sync your Outlook contacts to your iPhone you can do the following:

1. Open Settings
2. Tap on Contacts
3. Tap on Accounts
4. Tap on your existing Law School account
5. Deselect everything except for Contacts

You will be warned about the Contacts stored on your phone. Your only choices will be to delete them or keep them.

If you keep them, you won't lose those lose local contacts, but they will not synchronize with Outlook.
