Custodial Services pays for postings on Craigslist that are specifically marketing the upcoming Hiring Events on Tuesdays and Wednesdays (subject to change). Each Monday the posting is renewed, and every Thursday, the post is edited to show the next week's hiring events (if any, and not re-posted!). If you have never used Craigslist before, please do not hesitate to visit the website to get familiar with the layout and functions.

- Check the CS-Recruitment inbox regularly
- Respond to each inquiry with information on the next hiring events or application instructions
- The email text must indicate that the inquiry came from a job seeker who visited Craigslist
- CC the Recruitment Team (Elizabeth Saavedra, Rachel Phillips, Denise Schmidt and Admin Associate)
- Email subject is "UT Custodial Hiring Events"
- Use email provided or use the Craigslist generated email located in their inquiry email
- Update the Craigslist and Snagajob Posting Responses excel spreadsheet with job seeker information
- Call applicant during designated time and let them know you are following up on an email you sent

Snagajob is a recruitment tool which enables employers to post jobs and allows users to apply or express interest. The posting is not updated by Custodial Admin, however all inquiries must be responded to within a reasonable timeframe.
