For a staff member to be authorized to access online class rosters (NRCLRA) your department chair or similar administrator must send a memo on University letterhead to Registration that includes the person's name, title, administrative log on ID or EID, the department abbreviation(s) of the courses to access, and the reason for the authorization request. Send it via campus mail, fax, or email attachment. Once authorized, these rosters can be accessed at http://registrar.utexas.edu/staff/rosters.
