This is the home of the Proteomics Facility space. 

The Proteomics Facility provides services, self-service equipment, and collaborative research for the detection, characterization, and quantification of biomolecules. The facility labs are located in MBB 1.420 (ICMB) and PHR 1.110 (College of Pharmacy). The facility is supported by the Cancer Prevention Research Institute of Texas Shared Instrumentation Award RP110782 and by institutional funds provided by ICMB, UT-Austin and the College of Pharmacy.

MALDI-TOF training to be held January 28 8:45 am to 11 am has one open spot for $50 to learn how to use the self-service MALDI.  If you would like to participate, email mperson@austin.utexas.edu

 

We are now accepting online sample submissions! Please visit our new sample submission form if you would like to submit a sample to the Proteomics Facility. Please email the Proteomics Facility staff before submission for a consultation on what type of analysis is best for your experiment.
