Faculty who need to request new software be made available to students should email pat.lett@mccombs.utexas.edu. When making your request, please be sure to specify whether or not your students will need to use the software during class time or exams and provide a minimum two week lead time to allow for software testing and deployment. Please provide any necessary licensing information as required for all software requests. Only software that is used during class or exams will be installed either in the Mod Lab or on the Mobile Lab. If students will only use the software outside of class time and exams, then that software will be made available for them to install on their own computer or run as a mCloud Application.
If you plan to have your students use the software during class or exams, you have three alternatives for doing so.
