As a University employee, you can sign up for a business UTMail account. When you separate from the University, there are two possibilities for what happens to your UTMail account. If you are officially retiring, you can request that your account be converted to a Lifetime UTMail account. Otherwise, your UTMail account will be deleted when you no longer have an active affiliation with the University.
