Steps for configuring an instance in Attend are as follows.
Super user
- Create an event type.
- Under the System Admin tab at the top of the page, select 'Manage Event Types'.
- Select 'Create Event Type'
Super user/Staff
- Add Hosts and staff for event type
- Add subtypes if needed
- Add intake questions if needed
- Add locations if needed
- Update notifications as needed
- Add qualifications if needed
Super user/Staff/ Host
- Create event
- Update any prefilled fields as needed
- Default is active, but to keep from view save as draf
- Enroll/Invite attendees at the bottom of the page
- Post URLs to events, event types, host
