1. Navigate to the Modify Issue Type Scheme for the EMBSHR: Jira Service Desk.
    It can be found by going Project settings → Issue types → Actions → Edit issue types or by following this link.

  2. Select Add issue type/

  3. Populate Name and Description, keep Type as Standard Issue Type and select Add.

  4. New Issue Type is now added to the current scheme.

  5. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select Save
