In this short workshop Antonio Castilla will discuss several of the most used analytical tools in population genetics. First, he will discuss briefly some concepts related to sampling designs and types of markers. He will then provide some examples of different analyses (allelic frequencies, AMOVA, STRUCTURE, fine-scale genetic structure and paternity analysis) using different types of software.
