Supervisors can submit the New Employee Assistance request form for IT set-up such as email, data storage, and appplicaiton authorizations.

 

When filling out the form, please be as thorough as possible. Be sure to include needs such as adding the new hire to the "Staff All" email list, access to specific department folders on either the N: drive or Box. If authorization is not requested, access will not be provided.

Authorization for several applications such as the Law School Directory, purchasing requests, and help ticket requests are dependent on the new employee being added to the Law School directory. If your new employee does not have access to these applications, please contact the Law School HR department and have them added to the Law School Directory.
