Technology Resources Document Management Services
This wiki is the primary source of information about Document Management Services within Technology Resources. Users will find business processes and procedures, guidance documentation and training materials related to the deployment of the BlueCielo Meridian Document Management system and the transition from a largely paper-based file system to an expandable electronic document management system.
BlueCielo Meridian software was selected primarily because of its ability to integrate with the FAMIS application used by Project Management and Construction Services (PMCS). Implementation of additional PMCS and University Operations Meridian vaults and the integration of these vaults will be considered for future phases of the deployment.

- Your department
- Your computer name
- For Training requests, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the following:
- Your department name
- Requested training (Explorer or Desktop)
- Number of people to be trained
- Preferred dates and times
