Launching Meridian

You must be logged into the UT internet in order to use Meridian Power User.  You can access Meridian from off campus, but you must use a VPN and have a "@trecs" login.  Email meridian@austin.utexas.edu if you will be working remotely.

Launch the BC-Meridian PowerUser by double-clicking the shortcut icon on your desktop.
This icon should appear on your desktop after installation.

If you do not have the shortcut icon on your desktop:

    1.   Click the Start button

    2.  Select All Programs

    3.  Select the BC-Meridian PowerUser

     5.  Select the appropriate Vault and click OK.

    • CPFM - main PEF vault
    • CPFM_test - training area; replicates functionality and content of CPFM.
    • migration - holding area for docs to be loaded into CPFM vault

If you are still unable to see any Vaults or find the Meridian Server,please contact the Document Management Services Manager.
