Every full time employee in UGS should already be set up with permission to view and add events to this calendar, so all you need to do is add the calendar to your Entourage or Outlook calendar configuration, similar to viewing another person's calendar.

The following steps should work for anyone using Entourage or Outlook 2011 for the Mac (I am using Outlook, so the screenshot in the first step may look slightly different under Entourage).

Under the "File" menu, choose "Open Other User's Folder"


On the dialog box that appears next, enter "cu898" in the "User:" field. Make sure that "Calendar" selected on the "Type" pull-down. Click "OK".


A window titled "Select User" should come up with only one entry in the list. Click on "UGS Calendar" to select this item, and the click the "Select" button. After a brief delay, the UGS Calendar should appear on the left side of your Entourage or Outlook screen as an available calendar.
