Browser, Device, and Software Compatibility
- DocViewer has been tested with the standard browsers: Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox, and Safari.
- DocViewer is compatible with both Mac and Windows operating systems
- DocViewer is built for responsive design and can be used on desktops, laptops, tablets, and phones.
- DocViewer has built-in PDF viewing capabilities. To view CAD drawings download DWG True View from AutoDesk
Requesting Access
- All PEF employees automatically receive access to this resource.
- Campus users outside of PEF should have their supervisor request access on their behalf by emailing meridian@austin.utexas.edu . In this communication we ask that he or she include name(s) and EID(s) and a short synopsis of what data they are needing.
- Non-campus users - DocViewer access requires both a high-assurance EID and an active appointment so this resource is unavailable to them.
