General
- Do not abbreviate any information in catalog fields.
- Do not capitalize any information that is not a proper noun.
- Use commas whenever possible to separate information.
- Be careful not to add any extra spaces before, after or between words.
- English is the preferred language of the catalog.
- All names are listed "Last Name, First Name."
