- Collaborate with Dolph Briscoe Center for American History on deaccession policy
- Develop appraisal schedule
- Migrate assets off DevDirect
- Preservation plan
- Migrate Univ. Communications assets
- Migrate assets from Graphics server
- Develop user feedback survey
- Encourage more CSUs to use Portfolio
