Faculty who need to request new software be made available to students should make their request using the form at -->> ????? <<—. When making your request, please be sure to specify whether or not your students will need to use the software during class time or exams. Only software that is used during class or exams will be installed either in the Mod Lab or on the Mobile Lab. If students will only use the software outside of class time and exams, then that software will be made available for them to install on their own computer or run as a mCloud App.
If you plan to have your students use the software during class or exams, you have three alternatives for doing so.
- Meet in the mod lab
- Use the Mobile Lab Cart
- Have students bring their own laptops
Faculty who would like to reserve the Mod Lab for class time or for exams should make their request using the web form at www.mccombs.utexas.edu/tech/labs/reservations.
