WORQS Home

webWORQS serves as Facilities Services’ support unit for the Work Order Request and Query System (WORQS) application. WORQS is our web-based tool for university employees to submit, view, and track the progress of work orders and projects. This is also Facilities Services’ billing system where clients can view detailed cost statements and billing histories. 

Login & Authorization

 Access is available to all active University of Texas at Austin employees. Users can submit trouble and routine maintenance requests as well as track their own requests online. They can also view requests submitted by others, project information, and account-related data. Additional authorization is necessary to submit CRIB (Construct, Renovate, Install, or Build), Event, and Services requests through WORQS. Please contact the Facilities Service Center (FSC) at 512-471-2020 for assistance.

Documentation 

webWORQS, Facilities Services’ work order and project management system, is extensively integrated with the university’s mainframe applications. This comprehensive program has allowed us to improve our business processes, resulting in work orders and capital projects being completed correctly, more efficiently and with higher customer satisfaction.
