Syllabi (uploaded each semester for every unique number with a scheduled meeting time)
- Must be a PDF with a specific name convention that lists: Course Abbreviation, Course Number, Year (4-digit) + Semester # (2=spring, 6=summer, 9=fall), and Unique Number
- Example for KIN 324K taught in Fall 2014 with unique #12345 would be named: KIN324K2014912345.pdf
CV (uploaded at least once/year). You must ALSO upload your CV to your faculty profile page (https://wikis.utexas.edu/display/khe/COE+Faculty+Profile)
- Must be a PDF with a specific name convention that lists: Faculty Member LName, FName, MI, School/College Initials (KHED) and Year (4-digit) + Semester # (2=spring, 6=summer, 9=fall)
- Example for Miguel Pinedo upload in Fall 2020: PinedoMiguelKHED20209.pdf
*Tip: To confirm upload, search the public site. If the course does not appear on the public site, the syllabus has not been submitted correctly. If the course appears but the instructor name is not highlighted as a link, the CV has not been submitted correctly.
