Found Places - Some of the trickier locations that we have tracked down.

Carboniferous location codes from San Saba.  These are summarized in Gries 1970 and include locations from Humble 1955-1957, Oden 1958, Rose 1959, Defandorf 1960, Kuich 1964, and Turner 1970. They include location identifiers of the form OC-1, LK11-2, T-143, ...  MKS, 8/22/2019.

There are various ways to access Specify other than from the thick client on your Windows box, though that version normally provides the most power.

  • Specify 7 web interface.  Requires NPL login.  As of 8/2019 has no working download capability.
  • Web Portal to DB.  May include images. Download button doesn't seem to work.

Dissertations and theses - Some of these we still need to look up in the Geology Library.  Many, along with some other useful UT publications, have already been downloaded into been downloaded into the follwoing
