What it does.
Meeting Owl is a center of the room camera with a 360 degree panorama camera, directional audio microphones and built-in speaker.
This device is plug-and-play. just connect the power cable to the wall and a USB to your computer to get started.
Owl has a feature called "Presentation Mode" in which the Owl will track active speakers in the room. it does this by using its directional microphone in conjunction with the face recognition.
Meeting Owl also has a dual presenter mode in which the Owl will display a split-screen feed of active speakers. (enabled by default)

Setting up the Owl

Teams/Zoom
Start your meeting

press "Video" then select "Meeting Owl".

press "Audio" then select "Meeting Owl".

press "Speaker" then select "Meeting Owl".


Owl eye's will glow when the video is active for a meeting.


What the Buttons do:

2 Mute buttons on either side of the owl.

Volume control on the front
(controls computer volume by 2-steps each press. Hold button to quickly raise and lower the volume.)
You will also see a mute icon on the top corner of your video

Toggle for enable/disable of multi-presenter view.
(You will see a group/circle icon when multi-presenter mode is enabled. the icon will go away when disabled.)
